Occupational Therapist (Hybrid)
Your caseload. Your hours. A whole rehab team behind you.
You love occupational therapy. Some days, the job gets in the way.
Your schedule is set for you
Fixed hours, with little say in when or how much you work.
A caseload you cannot shape
More clients and less time for the care you trained to give.
The extras all land on you
Set-up, follow-ups and paperwork, with no one to share them.
Pay that has stalled
Your experience keeps growing. Your rate does not.
This role was built to change that.
The same profession. A better way to practise.
Correct Staffing contracts you and places you with an established long-term care rehabilitation provider that has more than 35 care homes across British Columbia.
